Laboratory discipline
Building cement–admixture compatibility and performance at the molecular level.
ANDA Kimya is a chemical technology house founded to produce concrete's most critical input at its source. We combine the operational agility of a Turkish entrepreneurial team with international expertise in 6th-generation PCE technology.
ANDA was founded through the collaboration of a Turkish entrepreneurial team with an international technical partner specialized in 6th-generation PCE technology. Thanks to this partnership, advanced PCE production technology and expertise were brought to life in Turkey. In this way, ANDA became a technology company that produces PCE polymer — the core of the admixture — in Turkey, rather than one that imports finished admixtures.
We see ourselves not merely as a manufacturer, but as a chemical technology house: a single discipline that designs the molecule, produces it, and turns it into a solution according to conditions in the field. Because we produce the most critical and most expensive input ourselves, we can offer high technology at an affordable cost.
We aim to be a construction chemicals brand that comes out of Turkey — technically strong, reliable and respected in its own field. Our priority is not size, but repeatable, reliable results. We start by building technical trust, and we grow selectively. Not leaving the customer alone in the field, reducing technical uncertainty, and lowering the risks in daily workflow; this is the brand's promise.
We build our team around three axes of responsibility: the laboratory discipline that designs the molecule, the operations team that keeps production consistent, and the technical support that responds quickly in the field. Our aim is a systematic agility that delivers clear answers to technical questions within hours. Corporate and clear toward the customer; bureaucracy-free and fast on the inside.
