Comb-type molecular architecture
PCE (polycarboxylate ether) polymers form a "comb"-like structure, with side chains attached to a main chain. This architecture aims to control the dispersion between cement particles in the concrete mix. Our 6th-generation approach aims to design this architecture to work at a lower dosage than earlier-generation technologies (naphthalene, lignosulfonate). As a result, we seek to establish the balance between the workability and the strength of the concrete at the molecular level.
Consistency comes from keeping production in one hand
The most common risk in concrete admixtures is behavior that changes from batch to batch. Because the entire chain — from polymer to finished product — is ours, we aim to control consistency at the source. Our production flow is built on batch-based control and traceability.
