Products · CORE & MIX

Pure PCE raw material or solutions tailored to your needs.

The ANDA portfolio is offered in two forms. CORE is PCE polymer raw material for admixture manufacturers and formulators building their own formulas; MIX comprises ready-mixed concrete admixtures formulated according to the conditions.

CORE — PCE Polymer Raw-Material Grades

CORE names are technical and clear — what you get is written in the name. The format is ANDA PCE · CLASS · TYPE. The currently active grades are ANDA PCE 150 WR and ANDA PCE 150 SR; the other grades are on our roadmap and go live in sequence.

ANDA PCE 150 WR · WATER REDUCER · ACTIVE

ANDA PCE 150 WR

General-purpose water-reducer type PCE polymer raw material

Active grade Water-reducer type 6th-generation PCE
What it does

ANDA PCE 150 WR is a 6th-generation water-reducing PCE polymer with a comb-type molecular architecture. It aims to lower the amount of water in the mix while preserving the workability of the concrete. It is designed to work at lower dosages than earlier-generation technologies (naphthalene, lignosulfonate).

What risk it reduces
  • Aims to reduce the risk of strength and durability loss brought on by a high water–cement ratio.
  • Makes it easier to strike the balance between workability and strength.
  • Helps keep formula cost under control through a low-dosage approach.
Applications

As a formulation raw material for ready-mixed concrete production, precast, and general structural concrete applications. Formulators can consider it as the base water-reducing component in their own formulas.

Dosage

The optimum dosage varies with cement character, aggregate, and the targeted performance. The recommended dosage range and a compatibility study are shared on request, together with a sample.

ANDA PCE 150 SR · SLUMP RETENTION · ACTIVE

ANDA PCE 150 SR

Slump-retaining superplasticizer type PCE polymer raw material

Active grade Slump-retaining type 6th-generation PCE
What it does

ANDA PCE 150 SR is a 6th-generation, high-range water-reducing superplasticizer PCE polymer with a comb-type molecular architecture. It aims to lower the mixing water while keeping workability high, and to preserve the consistency of the fresh concrete over a long period from plant to site. It is designed for long transport distances and hot-weather placements.

What risk it reduces
  • Aims to reduce the risk of slump loss during long transport and in hot weather.
  • Preserves the homogeneity of the concrete, lowering the risk of separation and bleeding (segregation).
  • Helps reduce pumping difficulty and labor cost thanks to its low viscosity.
Applications

A formulation raw material for ready-mixed concrete requiring long-distance delivery and hot weather; precast, self-compacting concrete (SCC), and high-strength concrete applications. Formulators can consider it as a base component in slump-retention-priority formulas.

Dosage

The optimum dosage varies with cement character, aggregate, and the targeted performance. The recommended dosage range and a compatibility study are shared on request, together with a sample.

Solutions Tailored to Conditions

A ready-to-use, finished concrete admixture. Hot weather, long transport, winter placement, self-compacting concrete — tell us the condition, and let's talk about the solution formulated for it. Every solution is built on our own PCE polymer.

A dedicated, project-based solution for you. Formulas and refinements worked out under different site conditions — your need is not limited to a standard grade. Integration continues all the way to the plant: we take the PCE polymer we produce ourselves, formulate it specifically for you according to the site condition, and turn it into a ready-to-use finished admixture.

Slump retention in hot weather, workability over long transport, early strength in winter placement, self-compacting concrete, set control, pumping, or freeze–thaw durability — share the condition, and let's evaluate it together.

Leave a request for a MIX solution that fits your condition precisely; let's evaluate it according to cement and aggregate character.
