6th-generation PCE and the production discipline behind it.

We build performance into the design of the polymer. This page describes our 6th-generation PCE approach and our production–control discipline. The aim here is not to publish technical data; it is to show clearly how we work.

Comb-type molecular architecture

PCE (polycarboxylate ether) polymers form a "comb"-like structure, with side chains attached to a main chain. This architecture aims to control the dispersion between cement particles in the concrete mix. Our 6th-generation approach aims to design this architecture to work at a lower dosage than earlier-generation technologies (naphthalene, lignosulfonate). As a result, we seek to establish the balance between the workability and the strength of the concrete at the molecular level.

Naphthalene / lignosulfonate class solutions are outside our scope.
Production and control

Consistency comes from keeping production in one hand

The most common risk in concrete admixtures is behavior that changes from batch to batch. Because the entire chain — from polymer to finished product — is ours, we aim to control consistency at the source. Our production flow is built on batch-based control and traceability.

Batch-based approach.
Each batch is handled traceably, with its own identity.

COA approach.
We work with a certificate of analysis (COA) approach for shipments; information sharing is targeted for the requested batch.

Starting with a sample.
Work begins with a sample and a compatibility assessment based on your site's cement and aggregate character.
